Hi, I am trying to add items to my shop, and when I get to the add pictures bit I add my pictures (which are square jpegs) click upload, and it just takes me back to as if I hadn’t added any pictures, with an empty browse box? I really wanted to add lots to my shop tonight and it is frustrating me, I am using internet explorer.

I have this problem too, but I changed my files to gif and they work fine. Rebecca

We support png, jpeg and gif as supported image types – I suspect you weren’t using one of these. I recently added a note to this effect on the listing page.

I couldn’t load photos when I was using Internet Explorer. I swapped to Firefox and they went up fine. My photos are jpg. In fact, it was by hunting around these fourms I found the answer for me so thank you to whoever first came up with it!

@silvermoss – do you know which version of IE you were using (5,6,7,8 ?) It might help track this down as a bug.
