Twice this week I’ve been contacted by potential buyers who have wanted to buy several items buthaven’t been able to check out – a problem with the system saying that we can’t deliver to the address, even though its mainland England. PLEASE look into it and fix it asap as my sales are not being registered through Folksy so I’m not getting any feedback results either! Thanks x |

Hi Angelina, After you initially contacted us about this I replied asking for further details but I don’t think we received a reply from you. If you could reply to the mail then we can get to the bottom of it. You seem to have sold 9 items successfully through folksy to date ? I was contacted by one of the buyers and the problem seemed to be they were trying to order a greater quantity of the item than you had for sale. Thanks, Rob |

I don’t know if this is the same problem or not…but I recently bought two items from the same seller (not angelina) – I’d already browsed, I knew I wanted both items – but having bought the first one it was as though folksy wanted me to check in the whole site again. It wasn’t immediately obvious to me how to continue shopping in the same store – which is what I wanted to do. |

I’ve confirmed this as a misleading error message – the user was trying to purchase more items than were available but the error message that was being given was incorrect. We’re working on a fix. |
